Use the official Global redemption page or the client’s code option, and check a code’s own date and restrictions. The dated 2025XMAS announcement is historical and its stated deadline has passed. SUMMER has a traced Version 1.13 announcement, but its present validity is unconfirmed. No code on this page was redeemed by this site.

The 2025XMAS artwork was inspected, including its exact code and pictured rewards. SUMMER is retained as an announcement trace; the publisher’s X page was not readable through the available text path. A repost’s age or an aggregator’s “working” label does not establish a successful redemption today.
Redeem through the official Global path
- Create a Global game character before redeeming. Copy its in-game profile UID and check that it belongs to the intended character.
- Open the official Global gift page. Enter the UID and code, recheck the destination and confirm.
- After a successful response, open the game’s mail and claim the delivered reward.
PC has a Menu → Redeem Code option. Early mobile screenshots showed a missing option or a website redirect; original January 13, 2026 players then reported an in-client mobile form. Use the option actually available in your client, or the official website above. The old screenshot is not evidence that current mobile clients must lack the feature.
Stay within the matching service: Global and other regional accounts are separate. Do not enter a different account’s UID just to test a code.
Expiry, UID and missing-mail checks
- Invalid UID: the official page says a character must already exist, then advises checking the UID or trying later. Use the profile’s game UID; an original player resolved a retrieval error after realizing they had copied a different UID.
- Expired or already used: each code has its own conditions and expiry. The official notes limit use to once and prevent the same character redeeming the same type of gift repeatedly.
- Success without a claimed reward: check the intended character and its in-game mailbox. The delivery mechanism is mail; a code-entry screen is not the mail claim.
- Wrong destination: official notes say redemptions are final and cannot be canceled or refunded. Recheck before submitting; contact official Support for a problem instead of repeatedly sending the same request.
An unexplained error alone does not identify its cause. Keep the exact message, source code announcement and affected character details for official account support; avoid sharing verification codes or passwords.
